  • Protesters in Johnson City demanded accountability from city leaders over the Sean Williams case and called for City Manager Cathy Ball to be fired, saying police mishandled the investigation. Organizers said signs reading —our blood is on your hands— and 'say their names' were displayed as they vowed to keep watching local officials.  WCYB
  • On Saturday, protesters gathered on People’s Street in Johnson City to call for action on social security, economic policies, and hunger relief. More than 15 organizations participated + held signs urging changes to federal tariffs and policies that affect local families, and they organized a food drive during the protest.  WCYB
