Warriors Path State Park announced a $10,000 grant from Barge Design Solutions to improve and maintain Darrell’s Dream Boundless Playground.
Park leaders said they originally applied for $5,000 + the extra funds will support the three-acre play area designed for children of all ages and abilities.

Local student pianist Yael Shumakher, 11, who came to Northeast Tennessee after her family fled Ukraine, will perform Ukrainian Concerto No.2 at Carnegie Hall on November 23—her talent was confirmed after two competition rounds.
Her family seeks community support to fund the trip as she dreams of studying at Juilliard.
