During the weekend’s Honor Flight Dragon Boat Race in Johnson City, participants had to be fished out of Boone Lake after their boat capsized — officers with the Sheriff's Office Marine Patrol and the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency extracted them near Winged Deer Park with no injuries reported.
