Jersey Mike's Subs donated $5,500 to the Gray Community Chest on Thursday after a fundraiser at the new location on Suncrest Drive in Gray—supporting programs that provide food, clothing, baby items and utility assistance.

Sullivan County Schools announced the Free Summer Meals program that will serve breakfast and lunch at Central Middle—East Middle—Sullivan Heights Middle Schools on Thursdays in June from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Any child under 18 can receive meals on a first-come, first-served basis while summer school students will receive a two-day bundle and a parent or guardian must pick up the meals.
