- ➤ Last night, 97.3 Love FM kicked off its free summer concert series at Higher Ground Baptist Church in Kingsport—Jason Crabb and Tenth Avenue North performed for nearly 2,400 guests while the first 250 received a free Jersey Mikes sub. The series will continue on June 12th at Milligan University’s Seeger Chapel with Dan Bremnes and Mac Powell set to perform. WCYB
- ➤ Monte Vista Funeral Home in Johnson City has introduced a wind phone—an older rotary phone not connected to any line—so that people can leave messages for their deceased loved ones as the wind carries them. WCYB
