- ➤ Starting Sunday night, the Tennessee Department of Transportation began milling and paving work along Highway 11E from the Washington County line to near Weaver Branch Road. The project includes a bridge expansion joint repair (a required measure) and a thin epoxy overlay, and it is expected to last until Aug. 31. WFHG
