- ➤ Franklin Woods Community Hospital resumed services after a boiler failure disrupted operations over the past week—hospital officials said inpatient care, labor and delivery, and emergency admissions restarted on Monday at 1:15 p.m. Elective surgeries resumed on Tuesday and staff contacted patients about scheduling future procedures—Ballad Health confirmed full restoration.
