State of Franklin Healthcare Associates sued former physician Dr. James Joslyn in February alleging he breached his contract by practicing at Tri-Cities Concierge Medicine in Johnson City before his non-compete ended.
A March 4 hearing led to an injunction barring his practice in Washington County while Joslyn denied the claims.
