- ➤ Residents in the Rice Terrace apartment complex reported hearing gunshots on Saturday morning that grazed one resident’s shoulder blade—as neighbors heard an argument near building 780 just before 5:30 a.m. and a dark-colored SUV fled the scene after officers recovered a bullet casing from a back door. - ➤ The library is offering a range of spring music programs for all ages including sessions for little ones on April 11, 18, and 25 at 10:30 a.m., a workshop for ages 6-12 on April 15 at 6 p.m., and a music therapy session for teens on May 7 at 6 p.m. A live concert by a local horn trio is set for May 13 at 6 p.m. in the Buffalo Mountain Room and a family storytime by symphony members is planned for May 19 at 6 p.m.—tickets for some events are available at the Children's Desk upon arrival.
