The Town of Unicoi is seeking proposals from bakers and culinary experts to create the world’s largest strawberry cobbler for the 22nd annual Wayne Scott Strawberry Festival in May.
Proposals are due April 17 and selections will be made by April 30, with Mountain Harvest Kitchen providing ingredients and volunteers—details include how the cobbler will be transported to the festival on May 17.
