The Bristol YMCA Little Floaters program is expanding through Tennessee as the YMCA Alliance trains instructors in Greene and Unicoi Counties to bring water safety lessons to local Ys.

TDOT and VDOT are preparing for a major winter storm expected to disrupt travel in the Tri Cities this weekend.

Johnson City's water and fire officials advised on Wednesday to prepare for the weekend storm by leaving faucets on drip, opening cabinets, and disconnecting garden hoses to prevent frozen pipes.
